Where can I see items waiting for my approval?

Approvals brings requests awaiting decisions into one list, including leave, expenses, advances, service requests, work requests and work-status approvals.

• Awaiting my approval: Items needing your decision
• My requests: Requests you started
• All pending: All pending approvals, if you have permission

Select Approve or Reject. Rejections require a reason. For multi-stage approvals, the current stage is shown. Use Remind to notify an approver, at most once every five minutes for the same request.

Email approval links are valid for seven days and can be used once.
