What should I do if my account is locked?
Temporary locks after unsuccessful sign-in attempts.

Repeated incorrect passwords temporarily lock an account. By default, five unsuccessful attempts trigger a 15-minute lock. Administrators can set the threshold between three and ten attempts.
- Wait 15 minutes and try again with the correct password.
- If you cannot remember it, use Forgot password.
Administrators see locked accounts in the user list with an Account Locked label and the unsuccessful attempt count.
