Which steps should I follow when setting up Kiryon?

We recommend the following order:

1. Add a second administrator. Losing access to the only administrator account can lock you out. A second administrator is the most reliable recovery option.
2. Define locations, such as offices and warehouses.
3. Review roles and choose the default role for new users.
4. Enable the modules you need under Settings → Modules.
5. Invite your users.
6. Complete each module's own setup steps.

Setup checklist

The Setup readiness page in Administration lists the required steps for each enabled module. When a module is enabled, a notification says "Module enabled — complete setup". Select Continue setup to open the checklist.
