Why does my portal not open or say it is being prepared?
Troubleshoot portal access.

- A message saying the help centre is being prepared means it has not been published yet. Check Help centre status in brand settings.
- If you use a custom domain, check its DNS records and confirm that the status is HTTPS verified.
- If Customer Service is archived, customers can read the portal but cannot create new requests.
