Why is the chat launcher missing from my website?

Troubleshoot chat widget installation.

  1. Check that the Customer Service Complete package is enabled. Live chat is not included in Basic.
  2. Check that the embed code is before your page's </head> tag and was pasted without modifications.
  3. Check that your website's exact origin is in the allowed-sites list and uses HTTPS.
  4. Outside business hours, the launcher is hidden if Hide the launcher is selected.
  5. Your website's Content Security Policy (CSP) may block Kiryon. Ask your web developer to check it.
