Yes. Turnkey setup and data migration are included with every purchase; there is no separate fee, quota or hour limit. Requests are queued.

How it works

1. After you buy, you receive an email to schedule a setup call.
2. On the call we go through your needs and the data to migrate and agree on a timeline.
3. You send us the export file from your current system (CSV, Excel, JSON or the tool's own format).
4. We import the data, check it and go live together with you.

We keep you updated on where setup stands (waiting, scheduled, migrating, done). You can keep using your current system until the migration is finished.

What setup covers

Brands and email channels, sender domain verification, teams and roles, response targets, the customer portal and chat widget, SSO or Active Directory, and the basic settings of the modules you use.
