How do I use global search?
Quickly find records across modules.

Press ⌘K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows from any screen to open global search.
Search covers records such as tickets, assets, locations, people, licences, phone lines, consumables, configuration items and work items. Results include only records you are permitted to view in enabled modules.
To search Customer Service conversations, use the search field in the Inbox. It searches subjects, reference numbers and customer details.
