Why can't I see a menu item or feature?

There are three common reasons:

1. The module is disabled: Disabled modules do not appear in the menu. An administrator can enable them under Settings → Modules.
2. The package does not include it: A message saying the feature belongs to a Complete package means that package is required.
3. You do not have permission: Your role may not allow the action. Ask your administrator to check it.

For non-administrators, the notice identifies the account owner.
