How do I publish the portal on my own domain?
Set up a custom domain and verify HTTPS.

Custom domains are included in the Complete package.
- Enter your preferred subdomain, such as support.yourcompany.com, under Portal address in brand settings.
- Add the displayed TXT record to prove domain ownership.
- Add the displayed CNAME record to point the domain to the portal.
- Select Verify HTTPS access. The certificate is prepared automatically.
When the status becomes "HTTPS verified", your portal is live at its own address. Kiryon checks the domain regularly and shows a warning in settings if there is a problem.
For security, request and sign-in links emailed to customers always use Kiryon's own address.
