How do I email a large file to a customer?

Agents can attach files of up to 100 MB each to a reply. Email providers limit attachment sizes, however, so an outgoing email can carry at most 10 MB of attachments.

When the total exceeds 10 MB, Kiryon handles it automatically:

• Files that fit are sent as attachments.
• The remaining files appear as secure download links in the email.
• Links remain valid for seven days. After that, customers can access the files through their request in the portal.

These limits appear under Attachment rules in the reply composer. Opening a download link takes the customer to the "Your file is ready" page.
