What is the difference between Employees and Users?

• Users are accounts that can sign in to Kiryon.
• Employees are records of people in your company. An employee does not need a sign-in account: for example, a field worker may have assigned equipment without ever using the system.

Depending on your enabled modules, an employee profile can include assigned assets, requests, leave, documents and training. You can import people in bulk and merge possible duplicates in Person match reviews. Merging cannot be undone.
