Which roles are included by default?

Every workspace includes:

• Administrator: All permissions, assigned to the workspace creator
• Manager: Manages tickets, assets and locations, and can create users
• Technician: For technical staff
• User: The default role for new users

Enabling a module also adds its roles:

• Customer Service: Support Agent, Light Agent, Support Supervisor, Customer Service Administrator, Support Analyst
• Work Management: Project Lead, Team Member, Stakeholder
• Human Resources: HR Administrator, Occupational Physician
• Internal Chat: Chat Member
