How do customers sign in to the portal?

Customers sign in to the portal without a password:

1. Enter their email address and select Send verification code.
2. If the address is registered, a six-digit code is emailed to it.
3. Enter the code in the portal to access their own requests. The code is valid for five minutes.

Where the portal offers email-link sign-in instead, the customer receives a short-lived, single-use link.

If Share requests within the company is enabled for their company, customers can also see requests shared by colleagues in that company.

On a trusted personal device, customers can select Keep me signed in on this device. They should leave this off on shared devices.
