| Chat widget: customer uploads | 100 MB per file | 5 per message |
| Agent replies and internal notes | 100 MB per file | 20 per reply |
| Incoming customer email | 25 MB in total attachments | 20 per email |
| Outgoing customer email | Up to 10 MB attached; the rest are sent as download links | 20 per reply |
Your workspace's total storage allowance also applies: 2 GB on the Free plan and 25 GB on the paid plan.
