How do I use the customer support setup wizard?

After enabling Customer Service, the Customer support setup wizard guides you through the main steps:

1. Create your brand, including its name, short name, logo and colours.
2. Connect your support email address and test forwarding.
3. Verify your sender email domain.
4. Add your teams and agents.
5. Publish your customer portal.
6. If you use the Complete package, add the chat widget to your website.

You can revisit all settings from Customer Service settings, grouped into Workspace, Service Delivery, Replies and Workflows, and Interaction and Security.
