Yes. Use the chat widget's JavaScript API to pass information about the customer signed in to your website. The customer does not need to enter their name and email again.
To prove the information is authentic, generate a signature on your server using the Identity verification key in the developer section of brand settings. Keep this key on your server only. Never include it in your website's JavaScript.
