How do I connect my support email address to Kiryon?
Add an email channel using forwarding.

Kiryon connects your existing support address, such as support@yourcompany.com, through email forwarding. You do not need to change your MX records.
- Open Customer Service settings → Channels and select Add email address.
- Enter your support address and choose its brand and default team.
- Copy the Kiryon forwarding address shown on screen.
- In your email provider, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, forward incoming support emails to that address.
- Verify forwarding with a real test email, as described in the next article.
