How do cancellation and refunds work?

Cancellation

• Cancel your subscription at any time under Administration → Billing and Subscription.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for; everything works until then.
• Select Withdraw cancellation before that date if you change your mind.
• When the period ends, the account is paused; if you do not buy again within 90 days, it is deleted.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded:

• No refunds for monthly or annual periods, in part or in full.
• No refunds for unused users, modules, allowances or add-on packs.
• This also applies to Enterprise agreements.

That is why we recommend using the 14-day trial before you buy.

If you see a wrong or duplicate charge, write to legal@kiryon.com and we will pay back the extra amount to the same payment method.

Because Kiryon is sold only to companies, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.
