Storage includes attachments, documents, call recordings and knowledge base images.
The usage card
The usage card under Administration → Billing and Subscription shows where each allowance stands. Administrators are warned at 80% and 95%, and Add pack on each line buys an add-on.
If storage is full, existing files are kept; only new uploads stop.
