Proactive invitations are included in the Complete package.
Under Customer Service settings → Invitations, create rules that display chat invitations when selected conditions match.
- Triggers: Entering the website or a page
- Conditions: Page URL, page title, number of pages viewed, time on the site or page, returning visitor and agent availability
An invitation draws the visitor's attention without opening the chat window automatically.
