How do I connect my support email address to Kiryon?

Kiryon connects your existing support address, such as support@yourcompany.com, through email forwarding. You do not need to change your MX records.

1. Open Customer Service settings → Channels and select Add email address.
2. Enter your support address and choose its brand and default team.
3. Copy the Kiryon forwarding address shown on screen.
4. In your email provider, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, forward incoming support emails to that address.
5. Verify forwarding with a real test email, as described in the next article.
