What do I pay if I add users or packs mid-period?

In Kiryon, additions are charged immediately:

• For each paid user beyond the included ones, each new module, package upgrade and add-on pack, the amount for the rest of the period is calculated.
• The amount is shown on screen before you confirm and charged to your card when you do. A separate invoice is issued for it.
• For a paid user added by invitation, the amount is charged when the invitation is accepted.
• If the payment fails, the addition is not made.
• While an invoice is unpaid, new users and packs cannot be added.

Reducing

Removing users or modules and moving to a smaller package take effect at the end of the period; your current package works until then. If your usage exceeds the new package's limits, the screen lists what is over, and the downgrade goes ahead once those are resolved.

Payments are not refunded.
