What happens when my account is paused?

Your account is paused when:

• the trial ends without a purchase,
• a cancelled period ends, or
• an invoice stays unpaid for 14 days.

In a paused account

• You can sign in, view your records and download them with Data Export.
• New records and changes are not possible.
• The customer portal and chat widget show your customers that they are temporarily closed.
• Incoming emails are not lost: they are accepted and stored, and your administrator receives an email saying new messages are waiting.

To continue

Once your administrator buys or completes the outstanding payment under Administration → Billing and Subscription, the account continues where it left off, with waiting messages in the inbox.

Deletion

A paused account is permanently deleted with its data after 90 days. Administrators are emailed 7 days and 1 day before deletion.
